Indus 143
The Brief
Indus 143 was conceived as a complete site transformation — a considered knockdown and new build that reimagined the property with clarity and purpose.
Backing directly onto Whites Hill Reserve, a natural sanctuary known for its native bushland and resident koalas, the design sought to establish a quiet dialogue between home and landscape. The rear aspect became a defining influence, with expansive openings inviting filtered light and greenery deep into the interior spaces.
A botanical green cabinetry palette was intentionally selected to reflect the surrounding reserve, grounding the interiors in their natural setting. Layered textures and restrained detailing complement this connection, creating a residence that feels calm, cohesive and closely attuned to its environment.
Delivered through MorPro’s integrated development and construction approach, the project progressed seamlessly from early planning through to completion. The result is a thoughtfully resolved home — contemporary in expression, enriched by its natural backdrop, and designed to sit comfortably within both its streetscape and its landscape setting.
