Corso 352 was conceived as a refined family home shaped by mid-century influence and contemporary restraint. The design explores the interplay between solid and transparent elements — suspended concrete planes offset by warm timber detailing — creating a residence that feels both grounded and inviting.
Expansive glazing establishes a seamless relationship between interior and landscape, drawing the pool, entertaining areas and garden into daily living. Clean horizontal lines and considered proportions define the architectural language, while layered materials introduce warmth and texture throughout.
At its core, the home was designed for connection and flow — generous open spaces balanced by quieter retreats, allowing the layout to adapt effortlessly to both family life and entertaining. Custom joinery, integrated detailing and carefully curated finishes reinforce the home’s composed aesthetic.
