IOR Terminals – Lytton
The Brief
Fuel Infrastructure Delivery
The IOR Terminal project involved the transformation and expansion of an existing fuel storage facility, enhancing its operational capacity through both adaptive reuse and new construction.
Works included the delivery of substantial tank foundations, environmental remediation, construction of gantry structures, bund systems and extensive pavement areas — all requiring precise coordination and disciplined execution within a live industrial setting.
A key component of the project was the repurposing of an existing large-scale crude oil storage tank into diesel fuel storage, alongside the construction of two additional tanks to support expanded capacity. The integration of new infrastructure within the established facility demanded careful staging, technical oversight and rigorous site management.
Delivered over a fourteen-month programme, the project reflects MorPro’s capability in complex infrastructure environments — combining structural precision, environmental responsibility and measured execution to achieve a seamless operational outcome.
